High Voltage Test Engineer
Working on experiments and tests handed over to laboratory by private and governmental organizations. Insulation tests included: spacer and dampers, disconnectors, ceramic, silicon and glass insulators.
Heat cycle test for Lynx transmission cable for Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) was performed. Impulse voltage handling of surge arrestors was tested. In addition, a personal project was analyzed which dealt with tracking erosion in insulators concerning leakage current.
Analogue Design Engineer - Internee
I worked in Research and Development section. My work dealt with analogue system design related to power electronics circuits employed with Printed Circuit Board’s (PCB). The department dealt with industrial power electronics and was dedicated towards research on Inverters and DC-DC converters with their various topologies. The converters were designed to be integrated on PCB employed on LED television and other electronics home appliances.

Deriving the transfer functions of SMPS (switch-mode power supply) DC-DC converters.
